After Failed Attempt Spacex Announces Earliest Date For Starship Flight 4

Starship Flight 4: SpaceX Sets Date for Next Launch

After failed attempt, SpaceX announces earliest date for Starship Flight 4

Test scheduled for June 5th, following investigation into previous failure

SpaceX has announced the earliest date for its fourth integrated flight test (IFT-4) of its Starship launch vehicle. The test is scheduled for June 5th, and will be the first since the previous test, IFT-3, failed in March due to a fuel leak.

In a statement, SpaceX said that it has "cleared blocked filters and clogged valves" that caused the failure of IFT-3. The company also said that it has made "progress in several areas, including improving the performance of the vehicle's engines and avionics."

If successful, IFT-4 will be a major milestone for SpaceX. The test will be the first time that a Starship prototype has successfully launched and landed. It will also be the first time that a Starship prototype has carried a payload into orbit.
